When does my one-year membership start?

Your one-year membership begins when Luau+ officially launches and you choose to activate it — not when you preorder. Until then, you're locked in at the early-bird price and can join the closed beta to start hosting right away.

Does the closed beta count as part of my subscription?

No. Closed beta access is a thank-you for supporting us early — it doesn't burn any of your one-year subscription clock. Your year only starts when you activate Luau+ after launch.

Is my preorder refundable?

No. Because preorders are limited to the first 100 supporters and directly fund building Luau+, they're non-refundable. If something doesn't work, email us — we'll always try to make it right.
