# See who signed up and export the roster > The host-only roster by shift and item, printing it, exporting a CSV, and what it deliberately leaves out. The sheet is titled **Who's signed up**: *Everyone on the board, by shift and by item. Only you and your co-hosts see this.* **In Luau for iPhone:** **•••** menu → **Who's Signed Up**, or the roster button in the **Sign-up Board** toolbar. ## What's in it - **Volunteers** — each role with *claimed/needed spots*, broken down by shift (*Sat Oct 17 · 7 AM–9 AM 3/5*), then the people on each shift. - **Supplies** — each item with *claimed/needed units*, then who pledged how much (*Maria Lopez · 10 lbs*). - Each person shows an RSVP pill (**Going**, **Maybe**, **Can't**), **Held** if the spot is reserved for someone who hasn't confirmed, and *assigned* if you placed them yourself. - Open spots are listed as *N spots still open* so you can see gaps at a glance. - A count strip at the top: *12 people · 19 sign-ups*. The board itself also shows this inline for hosts: under every spot you'll see the names (as *First L.*) so you don't need the roster to check a single role. ## Print or export **On the web (app.luau.co in any browser — this is also the Android experience):** - **Print** — the sheet prints as a clean list with the event title and *Sign-up roster · N people*. - **Export CSV** — downloads *your-event-sign-ups.csv* with one row per sign-up and these columns: Name, RSVP, Kind, Need, Shift date, Shift start, Shift end, Quantity, Unit, Zone, Status, Signed up. It opens directly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. **In Luau for iPhone:** Tap the share icon (*Share the roster as a spreadsheet*) to send the same CSV to Files, Mail, AirDrop, or any app. ## What the roster doesn't include **No phone numbers and no email addresses.** Luau never hands one user's contact details to another, hosts included; the guest list doesn't show them either. If you need to reach volunteers, Luau's own reminders handle the day-before and 30-minute nudges for you (see [Sign-up reminders and confirmations](https://luau.co/help/sign-up-notifications)), and you can always ask people to share contact info directly. ## Frequently asked **Q: How do I see who signed up for each shift?** Open the ••• menu and tap Who's signed up. The roster lists every role by shift and every supply by item, with the people on each and how many spots are still open. **Q: Can I export the sign-ups to Excel or Google Sheets?** Yes. Export CSV on the web (the share icon on iPhone) gives you one row per sign-up with Name, RSVP, Kind, Need, Shift date, Shift start, Shift end, Quantity, Unit, Zone, Status, and Signed up. **Q: Can I print the roster?** On the web, yes: the Print button prints a clean list with the event title. On iPhone, share the CSV to Files or Mail and print from there. **Q: Do I get volunteers' phone numbers or email addresses?** No. The roster and CSV show names and RSVP status only. Luau never passes one user's contact details to another, and its reminders reach volunteers for you. **Q: Can co-hosts see the roster?** Yes. Hosts and co-hosts see the roster; guests don't. **Q: What does Held mean next to a name?** The spot is reserved for someone you assigned who hasn't confirmed yet. It counts against that role's spots (not the event's guest cap) until they open their invite link or you release it. **Q: Can guests see the roster?** Not the roster sheet. After RSVPing, guests see first names on each spot on the board itself (hosts see first name and last initial there, and full names on the roster), unless you hid the guest list.
